Saint-Tropez Properties

It was 60 years ago that the French cinema siren Brigitte Bardot bought a house in Saint-Tropez and transformed the city from a quiet fishing village into one of the most famous Mediterranean seaside resorts in Europe.

Bohemian artists who came for the special quality of light were soon replaced by the world's richest holiday makers, who moored their yachts in the harbor and partyed on the soft sand of Pampelonne beach.

In the old village a fisherman's house will soon cost more than a million and for an apartment of 50 m2 you will pay at least € 500 K. It is a village with two extremes: crazy about people and busy market squares in the summer and cool and quiet in the winter, but the breathtaking prices never change in Saint-Tropez.

For intriguing yet cheaper southern France beauty, travel just 10 miles further and find an apartment for € 160k. So you can certainly buy your dream stay cheaper and still stay in the same beautiful region.

Buy a flat 10 miles outside this billionaire village for £147k

It is a town of two extremes: crazy with people and busy market squares in summer and chilly and quiet in the winter, but the eye-watering prices never change in Saint-Tropez. For intriguing yet cheaper South of France prettiness, travel just 10 miles and find an apartment for £147,000.

Special guest in the port!

Today a dolphin visited our harbor. Obviously this is not exceptional in the Saint-Tropez Gulf. But the fact that the dolphin swims into the harbor is rather rare. The lack of traffic in winter and the curiosity of this beautiful animal is probably the cause.
